No service was done before collection this is a major engine default and we brought this car in good faith that it was in a reasonable running condition without major engine fault for a considerable sum of £6000 it is now off the road after I have travel only 3000 miles in it, and I am still waiting for Leicester Volkswagen (Lee Martin) to contact us to rectify this problem FOC or refund.
