Went into showroom with my cheque book to buy a new nissan note. Was greeted by a salesman munching on an apple. All through my conversation with him, he spoke still eating his apple. Really not impressed, and of course I did not buy the new car. A very big OOOPS, by this sales person, a job well done !!!!!!!!!!!!

My car had an M.O.T on 08 04 2011 . It is now 16 04 2011 still waiting for the certificate ,after 3 phone calls .I was promised it was being sent first class post on 14 04 2011 but still no cretificate . I am waiting to tax my car

I would reccommend this garage to everyone. I have been using Yeomans Citroen Exeter for the past 12 months and have built up a great relationship with the sales and service team. They have always been more than willing to help no matter what.

Yeomans Citroen Exeter have exceeded all my expectations!!!

Unfortunately last week my car started to make strange noises from the engine, I rang Yeomans and spoke to a member of their service team (Ryan I think) and explained my situation. He was very helpful and listened to all of my concerns.

I booked my car in the following day and requested a courtesy car which was provided. I received a phone call later in the day to confirm that the car had been fixed and when would I like to collect it. I went to Yeomans later that afternoon and was again greeted with the same helpful and courteous manner I had come to expect.

The cost of the work carried out was less than I was original told due to the first part fixing the problem AND my car had been cleaned inside and out as part of the service!

Well Done Yeomans Exeter! I have just purchased my first new car from Yeomans Exeter. The level of service I received was fantastic, the salesman was very polite and me a great price for my part exchange! When I collected my new car he even introduced me to the sales manager who was also very polite. I feel very confident that with Yeomans Exeter I am in very safe hands. If you are looking for a new or used car Yeomans Exeter are a must!!! Mr D Bowden

The most miss leading sales i have ever known.
i ordered a focus with options was told yes no problem when the car arrived it was not checked by sales staff as options were missing. useless!
i asked where the options were and i had an email with the statement i don’t know what to say.
AVOID ALLEN FORD AT ALL COSTS.

Keep the hard work up, reputation is so important, people really do like to hear good reports of a car dealer. I personally would rather go to a garage that had been recommended!

Excellent dealership. Friendly and professional receptionist, all showroom staff great. Have attended RCZ launch, test driven the RCZ and bought a 308CC. Salesmen very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Showroom looks great, pitch very tidy.
