I just bought a car from the Eastbourne branch. I also saw a similar car at thier Eastbourne branch. I cant fault the interest they took in me and really helped to find the right car for me. I got a new Fiesta which is a dream and the deal off the listed price was fantastic. I cannot praise the sales people enough and am sorry for the guys at Hastings that I had to choose for Eastbourne.
I had the car for a week when the heater system was a bit noisy. The service people got my car in striaght away even though they were busy and sorted it out.
These Birchwood people really have changed my mind about buying a car from a dealership. Thanks
I had been looking for a Fiesta (ST) for a while and saw Birchwood had one on their website (these guys even video thier used cars so you dont waste time travelling to see something which is not suitable!). Whilst East Sussex was a bit of a drive the car was just what I wanted. The price was very fair and my old car was given a good deal too. Best of all the sales guy, David was so helpful. Although the sales lot was busy nothing was too much trouble. A couple of weeks after I had the car their was a rattle under it. One of thier mechanics who lives somewhere near dropped in before work and sorted it out. I recommend Birchwood.
